1.Exchange request should be sent via email (anviyaclothing@gmail.com) only within 24 hrs once parcel received with proper reasons and images.

2.If approved, then the customer needs to send the product to the office and the customer has to bear shipment charges for the return.

3.Once we receive, parcel, a new product of the same color and same design will be shipped which was ordered initially.
